3. Government Rules
Passengers must provide valid government-issued identification and any documents required by the helicopter operator or local authorities. Failure to provide the required documents may result in cancellation without our responsibility.
4. Weather Conditions
Helicopter operations in Uttarakhand are completely dependent on weather conditions, visibility, and aviation authority approvals. Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to bad weather or operational reasons beyond our control.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the respective helicopter operators, hotels, and travel partners. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to their official policies and timelines.
6. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for reporting at the helipad or departure location within the specified reporting time. Failure to arrive on time may result in a no-show, and refunds may not be applicable.
7. Health & Fitness
Passengers are advised to consult their physician before undertaking high-altitude pilgrimages such as Kedarnath and Char Dham Yatra. Himalayan Heli Services shall not be responsible for any health-related issues during the journey.
8. Travel Itinerary
Tour schedules, departure timings, routes, accommodation, and transportation arrangements may change due to weather conditions, operational requirements, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
Himalayan Heli Services acts as a travel facilitator and booking assistance provider. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, road closures, flight disruptions, or any losses caused by third-party service providers.
10. Pricing
All package prices and helicopter fares are subject to change without prior notice due to government regulations, operator policies, fuel price revisions, or seasonal demand.
